tiger's Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the tiger platform and all associated services. By accessing the tiger website, opening an account, or using any service, you fully accept all the terms described below. This document may be updated from time to time — you are advised to always read the latest version.

1. General Provisions

tiger is an online betting and casino platform that offers users sports betting on cricket, football, and other sports, as well as live casino games. These terms apply to every registered member and visitor. If any special offer or promotion published on the tiger platform has its own terms, those terms will apply alongside these general terms.

tiger reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. If a service becomes temporarily unavailable, tiger will not be liable for any compensation.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

tiger's services are available only to those who:

• Are 21 years of age or older and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and betting under the laws of their jurisdiction.
• Are using the service voluntarily and with full awareness.
• Are playing under their own name and with their own funds — not using a third party's money or identity.
• Are not on tiger's list of banned individuals.

tiger officers, employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to place bets or play games on the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

When opening an account, you must provide accurate and truthful information — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. If you register with false or incomplete information, your account may be cancelled at any time and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing another person to access your account or transferring your account to someone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify tiger support immediately.

4. Account Verification

tiger may at any time ask a member to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the tiger platform is ৳100. Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Each deposit must be sent from a mobile financial service account registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, and must go to the mobile number registered on the account. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

5.3 Suspicious Transactions

For irregular or suspicious transactions, tiger may request additional verification or place the transaction on hold. If an account is found to be used for money laundering or fraudulent activity, the balance will be forfeited and law enforcement authorities will be notified.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All tiger bonuses and promotions have their own terms. The general rules are listed below:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Weekly tiger Deposit Fiesta: 30% bonus on any deposit, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳100.
• tiger Slot Adventure: 50% bonus on deposits for slot games only, up to ৳5,000, 25x wagering, minimum deposit ৳100.
• Cricket tiger Storm: 40% bonus on deposits for cricket bets, up to ৳6,000, 18x wagering, minimum deposit ৳100.
• Refer a Friend, Win with tiger: up to ৳3,000 reward for each successful referral, 12x wagering.
• tiger Birthday Gift: verified active members receive a birthday reward of up to ৳2,000 once per year, 10x wagering.

After receiving a bonus, withdrawals from that account are not permitted until the wagering requirement is completed. If wagering terms are breached, the bonus may be cancelled. If fraud or the use of multiple accounts is found in connection with any bonus claim, all related bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

Before placing a bet on the tiger platform, it is important to read the specific rules for each event or game. The general rules are:

7.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet fails to submit or is submitted twice due to an internet connection issue, tiger will make a decision based on technical logs.

7.2 Match Cancellation and Postponement

If an event is cancelled, the bet amount for that event will be returned to the member's balance, unless the specific rules of that sport state otherwise. For partially completed matches, the official result of the game will apply.

7.3 Obvious Price Errors

If abnormally high odds are displayed due to a technical error, tiger reserves the right to void those bets. Taking advantage of such errors to place bets is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the tiger platform:

1. Match fixing or gaining fraudulent advantage in any sport.
2. Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses using multiple accounts, false information, or software.
3. Using the tiger platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
4. Accessing another member's account or attempting to steal their information.
5. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Using tiger's brand or name to defraud third parties.

If evidence of a violation of these prohibitions is found, the account will be closed immediately, the related balance and winnings will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

tiger may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Registration with false information or failure to complete verification.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.
• At the member's own request — self-exclusion.

If an account is closed for a valid reason, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. However, if closed due to a breach of terms, the entire balance may be forfeited.

10. Responsible Gaming

tiger believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to earn money. tiger provides several tools to help members play within their limits:

• Setting deposit limits (daily / weekly / monthly).
• Taking a temporary break (cool-off period).
• Permanent self-exclusion.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

tiger never sells members' personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared with authorised parties when required by law, for fraud investigations, or for verification purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

The logo, design, software, content, and other elements of the tiger platform are the intellectual property of tiger. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using them for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

Game software used on the platform is the property of the respective game developers and is governed by their own terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

tiger will not be liable in the following situations:

• Service disruption caused by technical errors or server outages.
• Failed bets due to issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Delays or losses caused by third parties (mobile operators, mobile banking providers, etc.).
• Account information being compromised due to the member's own negligence.

tiger's maximum liability for any single incident is limited to the value of that transaction.

14. Changes to Terms

tiger reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

It is members' responsibility to check this page regularly. Claims based on the terms of an earlier version will not be accepted.
